摘　　要：以野生金莲花(Trollius chinensis Bge.)种子为试材,研究了不同浓度的GA3、浸种时间、温度、光照、pH值对种子萌发的影响,旨在筛选快速打破种子休眠及萌发的适宜条件。结果表明:GA3处理能快速打破金莲花种子休眠,促进种子萌发,显著提高了种子的发芽率、发芽势、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质含量,以500mg/L GA3浸种24h,保持温度25℃,pH值6～7的光照条件下种子的萌发效果最好。To select suitable conditions for dormancy-breaking and seed germination,the influence of different concentrations of GA3,soaking time,temperature,light condition and pH value on germination of T.chinensis Bge.seeds was studied in this paper.The results showed that germination rate,germination force,soluble sugar and soluble protein content of the plant seeds were improved apparently by GA3 treatment.Under the conditions of 25 ℃,lighting,pH value 6-7,and 500 mg/L GA3 soaking seeds for 24 h,T.chinensis Bge.seeds showed the best germination.
