摘　　要：为了解决恶劣天气事件下出现的道路交通运输新问题,有必要分析恶劣天气事件对道路交通系统的影响。文中界定了恶劣天气事件范围,分别综述了国内外恶劣天气事件对道路交通系统的3个基本构成要素影响的研究成果。指出未来该主题下需继续深入探索的几个理论性和应用性问题。In order to solve the forthcoming transportation problems under adverse weather,it is urgent to study the impacts of adverse weather events on road transport system.Firstly,the concept of adverse weather events is explained based on previous knowledge,followed by comprehensive summary about the impacts of adverse weather events on road transport system＇s three components.Finally,several theoretical and practical questions deserving further research under that topic in the future are pointed out.
