摘　　要：本文在厘清环境、文化与大学文化概念的基础上,从价值确定、制度安排和环境营造三个方面,归纳和分析了大学文化的治校途径,最后从大学使命文化、大学章程文化、大学环境文化三个层面阐述了大学校长如何文化治校。Based on a discussion of the concepts of environment, culture and university culture, this paper distinguishes three aspects of university culture, namely value assurance, institutional arrange- ment and environment constructing. The paper then proposes the way for the president to govern the u- niversity through cultural development at three levels, namely the culture of mission, statute and envi- ronment.
