摘　　要：通过对美国普林斯顿大学、加州大学圣迭戈分校、加州大学圣芭芭拉分校三所高校的考察,分析三校的各自特点和共性特征,重点介绍了三校战略规划、教师聘任、资源管理和研究生教育工作思路和具体做法,总结了对于我国高校改革发展的借鉴意义。This paper focuses on the idea and Specific practices of strategic planning, teacher man- agement, resource management and graduate education of three American universities, namely Prince- ton University, University of California San Diego and University of California Santa Barbara by analy- zing the differences and common characteristics of them, and finally the vital political significance for Chinese universities is summarized too.
