摘　　要：肝血管瘤临床表现缺乏特异性，诊断主要依靠影像学检查，治疗上以手术为主的多种方法并存。由于相关的基础和临床研究较少，目前肝血管瘤手术指征、时机和术式的选择存在较多争论。本文结合我们的临床经验，主要介绍肝血管瘤的诊断、治疗现状和进展，旨在为肝血管瘤的诊断和治疗的规范化提供依据。Clinical manifestation of hemangioma of liver is unspecific, and its diagnosis mainly depends on imageology. Surgery is the most common and important treatment for hemangioma of liver. There is much controversy on the timing of operation, indication and surgical procedures of hemangioma of liver because of little evidences from laboratory and clinical analysis. In this paper, the current situation and progress of diagnosis and treatment for hemangioma of liver were summarized, and our experiences were introduced.
