摘 要:目的:探讨人体特殊部位仿真针刺实践实训平台的建设及其应用效果。方法:选取安徽中医学院2008、2009级本科生共235人参与研究,观察组在学生课程教学中采用自主研发人体特殊部位仿真针刺教具为学生讲解、示范特殊部位腧穴的定位、针刺方法及安全深度等;对照组学生在教学中进行传统教学。应用仿真针刺教具对学生针刺实践技能进行考核评定,比较两组学生的考核结果。结果:两组学生实践技能考核的穴位定位、针刺操作评分比较,观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:人体特殊部位腧穴仿真针刺实践实训平台的应用可以显著提高医学生实践动手能力和针刺操作技能。Objiective To explore the construction of the simulative training platform of acupunclure for the acupoints on the specific siles of human body and the effect of its application. Methods Two hundred and thirty five undergraduate students enrolled in 2008 and 2009 by Anhui University of TCM participated in the study, they were divided into two groups. In an observation group, the self research and development simulative training platform of acupuncture for the specific sites of human body was adopted to explain and demonstrate the locations, needling methods and the safe inserting depth for the acupoints on the specific sites, etc. In a control group, the traditional teaching method was used. The simulative acupuncture device was applied for the assessmem and ewauation of the practical ability of the students and the results were compared between two groups. Results In cornparison of the practical ability assessment of acupoint locations and needling operation skill for the students in two groups, the scores in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of the simulative training platform of acupuncture for the acupoints on the specific sites of human hody improves the practica ability and acupuncture operation skills of medical students significantly.
