摘 要:目的:探讨适合描述肾脏透明细胞癌的DWI信号强度b值变化的数学模型。方法:通过回顾性分析我院23例透明细胞癌的影像学资料。以常规图像为参考,研究透明细胞癌实质成分的DWI信号随着b值的变化过程,分别用两种数学模型对DWI信号拟合,然后比较两种方法的拟合度参数R_2的统计学差异。结果:透明细胞癌的DWI信号随着b值的增大而减小,低b值时最明显。单指数函数拟合的R_2的中位数及75%区间为0.9665(0.9064,0.9868),双指数函数拟合的R_2的中位数及75%区间为0.9991(0.9970,0.9994),两组间存在统计学差异(W=-276,P<0.0001)。结论:双指数函数更适合于描述透明细胞癌的DWI信号强度随b值的变化趋势。Purpose: To probe a suitable mathematical function to describe the change of signal intensity induced from multi-b value. Methods: The imaging information of 23 cases with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC) confirmed by pathology after surgery was analyzed. Base on the conventional sequences, the signal intensity of renal carcinoma with different b values were measured, and the signal intensity per b value was fitted by two methods respectively, such as single exponential function (Group 1) and biexponential function (Group 2). The quantitative index R2 was compared between two groups. Results: There was a initially steeper decrease in parenchyma of CCRCC, and followed by a mild diminution with increased b value. The median and interquartile range ofR2 in Group 1 were 0.9665 and (0.9064, 0.9868), and that were 0.9991 and (0.9970, 0.9994) in Group 2, statistical difference was found between two groups (W=-276.0, P〈0.0001). Conclusion: The biexponential function is a more suitable mathematical modal for describing the change of signal intensity of CCRCC with multi-b value on DW imaging.
