新疆棉花枯萎病菌耐高温型菌系研究

摘　　要：:1 998年对新疆棉花耐高温菌系 HAI- 1 7的致病性、耐温性、大分生孢子形态、菌系营养亲和性、产毒量进行测定。结果表明 ,HAI- 1 7能在 40℃生长 ,易产生粘分生孢子团 ,大分生孢子 31 .8～ 49.5× 5.1～ 7.6μm为镰刀型。采用营养钵苗期鉴定法和 nit突变体技术 ,HAI- 1 7属于 7号生理小种 ,与标准 7号生理小种 Ag1 0 6亲和 ,与 3号和 8号生理小种不亲和 ,属中等致病型。标准 FA制品在 2 69nm处有特征性吸收峰 ,供试 7个菌系中 ,HAI- 1 7在 Modified Richard培养液中产毒量为 1 .1 μg/ ml,在 PSA中为 0 .9μg/s:In 1998, the characters of pathogenicity, tolerance to temperature, macroconidia, vegetative compatibility,and Fusarium acid content of strain HAI 17 were assessed. Results show that HAI 17 can grow on PSA at 40℃, and is easy to produce pionnotes, the size of macrocondia is 31.8～49.5× 5.1～7.6μm. The race type of HAI 17 is race 7 via raction to 12 hosts and nit mutant method, HAI 17 is compatible with race 7(Ag106), and not absolutely compatible with race 8(Ag85) and race 3(Ag1). It is a middle pathogenicity type. The production of toxin content of HAI 17 is 1.1μg/ml in Modified Richard culture liquid,and 0.9μg/ml in PSA culture liquid.
