疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择本院2010年6月～2012年6月急性脑梗死患者80例，随机分成治疗组（疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠）和对照组（复方丹参注射液）各40例，比较两组患者治疗14d后的神经功能缺损评分的变化情况以及两组无效例数、总有效率和不良反应情况。结果两组神经功能评分治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗1个疗程后显示。治疗组的神经功能评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗1个疗程后，治疗组无效4例，总有效率达90．0％，对照组无效10例，总有效率75．0％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死可有效促进患者康复，并且安全、简便和可靠。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong combined Ozagrel injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI） were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Therapy group was given Shuxuetong injection 6 mL by intravenous infu- sion for 14 days, Ozagrel 80mg by intravenous infusion for 14 day, twice a day; control group was given salvia miltior- rhizae compound injection 40mL by intravenous infusion for 14 days. The neurologie deficit scale, total effective rate and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups after one course of treatment. Results The neurologic deficit scale score of the therapy group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the therapy group was significantly higher than that of the control group （90.0% vs 75.0%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined Ozagrel is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction, which can promote recovery, and the treatment is safe.
