摘  要:目的采用气相色谱-离子肼质谱联用法测定分离祁连圆柏叶中乙醇提取物。方法用70%乙醇常温浸渍提取祁连圆柏叶中成分,用气相色谱-离子肼质谱仪对所得的祁连圆柏叶浸膏进行鉴定分析,色谱图用面积归一化法测定组分的相对百分含量。结果所得的质谱图采用去卷积化分析并在NIST 98标准图谱库中比对检索化合物,共鉴定了12个组分,按面积归一化法计算,其峰面积比重占挥发性成分的90%。结论通过采用自动质谱退卷积定性系统(AMDIS)处理数据,增加对目标成分定性的准确性,提高色谱峰纯度,从而提高了定性的准确性。Objective To explore the use of gas chromatography mass spectrometry in identifying volatile components in Qilian juniper leaf ethanol extract. Methods Volatile compontents were extracted in the leaf of Qilian Juniper by 70% alcohol impregnation at normal temperature. The volatile components were identified with gas chromatography- mass spectrometry. Auto Mass Spectral Deconvolution & Identification System (AMDIS) was utilized to generate the result chartand to search for the components from the NIST 98 standard fingerprint bank. Results Twelve components were identified from the result chart and these components accounted for 90% at total volatile Composition. Conclu- sioti Automated Mass Spectral Deconvolution & Identification System (AMDIS) processing data to increase the accu- racy of qualitative target component to improve the purity of the chromatographic peaks. Thereby improving the accu- racy of the qualitative.
