摘　　要：目的分析我院救治心跳呼吸骤停患者的特点和心肺复苏术(CPR)后的预后情况,提高CPR成功率。方法对2006年1月～2010年5月我院救治的220例心跳呼吸骤停患者CPR术后的预后情况进行回顾性分析。结果 220例患者中,ROSC占20.5%,收住ICU占9.5%,存活出院率为2.3%。不明原因猝死,尤其是院前中所占比例最高,为32.7%,其次为创伤,共占25%,第三位是心血管疾病,占23.6%。存活出院率最高为电击伤,占25.0%。院内CPR患者在ROSC、收住ICU及存活出院率方面均显著高于院前(P<0.05)。结论 CPR的成功率低,加大全民急救知识普及力度,进一步提高医务人员的急救技术至关重要。Objective To analyze the outcomes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） among pre-hospital and inhos- pital patients with cardiopulmonary arrest and describe the characteristics of patients＇ history, in order to improve the effect of CPR. Methods From January 2006 to May 2010, there were 220 patients with cardiac arrest observed retro- spectively during pre-hospital and inhospital resuscitation in our hospital. And the related information was recorded. Results There were 20.5 percent of patients getting ROSC at last. And 9.5 percent of patients were treated in the ICU. Only 2.3 percent of patients survived and discharged. The etiologies in most patients were unknown, especially in pre- hospital care according for 32.7%. Other etiologies were serious trauma and cardiovascular disease, accounting for 25% and 23.6%, respectively. And patients with electric trauma got the best outcomes and about 25 percent of these patients survived and discharged. Patients＇ outcomes in the inhospital care were better than in the pre-hospital care and there was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion At present, the survive rate of patients with cardiopul- monary arrest was low, especially in the pre-hospital care. Thus, we must reinforce the pubic health education includ- ing CPR, and improve health providers＇ professional technologies of resuscitation.
