摘　　要：高校党建是基层党建的重要组成部分,具有十分重要的战略地位。以湖州师范学院理学院为观察点,提出要把党建工作与学科建设工作有机结合起来,加强学术文化建设,从思想上、制度上和工作上三方面在学术团队中强化党建工作。The party construction in universities is an essential part of grass-roots party construction and it has its own strategic significance. Based on the case in the School of Science of Huzhou Teachers College, it is proposed that the party construction in universities should be dynamically integrated with the construction of disciplines and the construction of academic culture should be reinforced, and that the party construction in universities should be intensified in terms of idea, system and work.
