埋植式动脉泵化疗与口腔癌综合治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨皮下埋植式动脉泵在口腔癌化疗中的效果及其在口腔癌综合治疗中的应用价值。方法　采用国产 MT埋植式给药泵经颈外动脉插管治疗口腔癌 5 8例 ,观察化疗效果及其与手术、放疗综合应用的可行性。结果　埋植式动脉泵给药治疗口腔癌的总有效率 90 .7% ,未出现明显毒副作用。结论　埋植式动脉泵是口腔癌化疗给药方法的最佳选择 ,可作为多药物 ,多周期单一化疗 ;术前诱导及术后辅助化疗 ;化疗联合放疗 ;多手段综合治疗中化疗最佳给药途径 。Objective To investigate the effect of the subcutaneous implantable pump system (SIPS) chemotherapy and its value in the combined treatment of oral cancer. Methods The SIPS was employed in the chemotherapy through the external carotid artery for 58 patients with oral cancer.The responses of the tumours and hosts were assessed.The effece and applicability of SIPS chemotherapy in combination with operation and radiotherapy were evaluated.Results The overall effective rate after SIPS chemotherapy was 90.7% No obvious side effects were observed The procedure of SIPS was simple and it was allowed a long period in its place.Conclusion The SIPS is one of the best ways to do chemotherapy for oral cancers.It is valuable for single chemotherapy with multiple drugs and cycles,for assistant chemotherapy before and after operation,and for chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy.
