小型通用汽油机电子调速系统的研究

摘　　要：介绍一种用于小型通用汽油机上的电子调速系统。其工作原理是控制器对汽油机瞬时运转频率与标定运转频率作PI比例积分运算,产生脉冲电流以驱动步进电机运转并控制其方向与步长,从而调节化油器节气门的开度,满足汽油机在不同负载工况时对转速稳定性的要求。An electric speed governing system which can be used in small working principle is that a controller is used for PI operation of instant and generate impulse current to drive the movement of a step motor and control of the carburetor throttle, meeting the requirements for speed stability of a general-purpose gasoline engines is introduced. Its basis operating frequencies of a gasoline engine to its rotation and step, thereby adjusting the opening gasoline engine under various load modes.
