摘　　要：在深入调查校企合作工业文化对接现状的基础上,将工业文化理论引入到能力本位的职业教育网络课程的平台设计中,以工作价值观为引领研究了"工业文化进校园、企业文化进课堂"的实施内容、方法、路径和载体,探讨了网络环境下如何实施职业技术能力本位的网络教育,提出了工业文化理论指导下的职业网络课程设计的策略、过程和方法,以求提高以能力为本的职业教育网络课程的开发质量。After a survey of the present situation of the industrial culture of cooperation between schools and enterprises, industrial culture is introduced to the design of a competence-oriented platform for vocational education network courses. The practical content, methods, paths and carriers of ＂Industrial culture in school and enterprise culture in class＂ are explored, taking the working values into consideration. The way of how to carry technological competence oriented network education under the background of network environment is discussed. Vocational network designing strategies, process and methods are proposed under the guideline of industrial culture, to increase the developing quality of competence-oriented network course in vocational schools.
