摘　　要：阐述了供应链的结构框架及我国企业供应链管理过程中存在的问题,比较了第四方物流与第三方物流之间的异同,在此基础上,从第四方物流的卓越管理能力和供应链规划设计能力入手,深入探讨基于第四方物流的我国企业供应链优化模式。In this paper, we introduced the architectural structure of the supply chain as well as the problems faced by Chinese enterprises in their supply chain management and then compared the difference and similarity between 3 PL and 4PL, on the basis of which, we discussed in depth the optimization mode of Chinese enterprise supply chain based on 4PL.
