摘　　要：首先构建组织关系、信息技术、信息共享、物流整合与绩效这几个变量之间的理论模型,利用结构方程模型对组织关系、信息技术、信息共享、物流整合与绩效进行实证研究,通过研究发现组织关系对信息技术、信息共享有正向影响,信息技术、信息共享对物流整合具有正向影响,物流整合对绩效有正向影响。In this paper, we first established the theoretical model of the relationship between organizational relationship, information technology, information sharing, logistics integration and performance and then in an empirical study using structural equation model, found that organizational relationship exerted positive influence on information technology and information sharing, information technology and sharing exerted positive influence on logistics integration and logistics integration exerted positive influence on performance.
