摘　　要：阐述了物流企业网络财务的内涵与意义,揭示了物流企业网络财务信息系统的风险因素,最后给出了物流企业网络财务信息系统安全机制构建的路径。In this paper, we introduced the connotation and significance of the network finance of logistics enterprises, uncovered the risk factors of the network finance information system of logistics enterprises and at the end presented the path for constructing its security mechanism.
