摘　　要：通过对2011届北京高校毕业生就业状况和2011年北京高校毕业生用人单位调查结果分析,了解毕业生求职结果和用人单位人才需求,从关注毕业生就业和人力资源市场对毕业生职业能力、职业素养和专业培养需求的角度,提出北京高校专业设置与人才培养工作的对策建议。By conducting the survey on the employment situation of graduates from Beijing universities and colleges in 2011 as well as the feedback from those employers, the author grasps a complete landscape of the result of job hunting for the graduates and the requirements of those employing units. After analyzing various majors and the employment （profession） trend for graduated both in the last three years and the future three years, the author figures out that there is an increasing number of graduates from Beijing universities and colleges needed in the job market. Moreover, it turns out that the employers attach great importance to the ability and quality of graduates themselves. Therefore, this paper proposes relevant suggestions on the capabilities that graduates should possess and the adjustment that universities should pay attention to in the process of fostering talents and setting majors.
