摘　　要：近年来,随着高等职业教育的迅猛发展,毕业生数量急剧增长,高职生就业竞争日趋激烈。启动了毕业生就业跟踪与人才需求预测调研工作,选取了四届(2007-2010年)毕业生为调查对象,从高职毕业生就业水平调查入手,通过分析高职生的就业状况,梳理高职毕业生就业过程中存在的问题,进而提出提升毕业生就业水平的对策,以提高高职毕业生的就业质量。In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, the number of graduates in the rapid growth of vocational students is becoming increasingly fierce competition for jobs. It started graduate employment tracking and talent demand forecast research work, select the fourth （2007-2010） graduates surveyed, starting from a higher vocational level of graduate employment survey, by analyzing the employment status of the vocational students, combing vocational graduates employment problems in, and then proposed to improve the level of graduate employment measures, to improve the quality of employment of vocational graduates.
