摘　　要：近年来,大学应届毕业生人数和往届待就业人数在逐年增加,初次就业率却在逐年下降。有关部门进一步跟踪调查发现,企业中应届大学生的离职率也在不断增长,尤其是民族高校的大学生,因其特殊的内外因素,是出现了一些新问题。针对民族高校大学生的特殊性,构建科学合理的大学生择业观教育,对促进民族高校大学生身心健康、成功就业和服务社会,有着十分重要的现实意义。In recent years, the number of college graduates and scale in unemployment number increases year by year, and the initial employment is to drop year by year.The relevant departments to further tracking survey found that enterprises fresh college students＇ turnover rate is also increasing, especially minority university students, because of its special internal and external factors, but also appeared some new problems.According to the particularity of minority university students, we should construct a scientific and reasonable college students＇ education, corrected, to promote the national college students＇ physical and mental health, successful employment and to serve the society, has the extremely important practical significance.
