摘 要:目的研究护生照顾濒死患者的态度及其影响因素,为教育者制定针对性的死亡教育策略提供依据。方法采用照顾濒死患者态度量表、死亡恐惧量表和自行设计的一般资料问卷,对山东省某高校220名护生进行调查。结果护生照顾濒死患者态度的总分为(2.89±0.46)分,除在"专业性能力"和"专业性挑战"两方面态度较积极之外,总体及其余各方面态度均处于消极状态,其中以谈论死亡最为消极;死亡恐惧总分为(2.67±0.76)分。对他人死亡的恐惧、家中谈论死亡的氛围、印象中最深刻的死亡经历、罹患重病经历和阅读死亡方面文章对护生照顾濒死患者的态度有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论护生照顾濒死患者的态度有待进一步改善,护理教育者应结合已知影响因素合理设置死亡教育课程,以促进护生发展积极的濒死患者照顾态度。Objective To explore the attitudes and influencing factors of nursing students toward caring for terminally ill patients,so as to provide the evidence for nursing trainers to make a point of taking death education stratedy. Methods A total of 220 nursing students were investigated with the health care professionals' experiences and attitudes toward death and dying (HCP-EATD),the Collett-Lester fear of death scale(CL-FDS) and the self-designed general information questionnaire. Results The total score of attitudes toward caring for dying patients in nursing students was 2.89±0.46. Except the active attitudes on professional capacity and challenge,the overall and other attitudes were all in a negative state, and the most negative point occurred in view of death. The total score for fear of death was 2.67±0.76. Fear for the death of others, parental discussion of death, most impressed death experiences, serious illness experi-ences and reading death related articles had significant influence on their attitudes toward caring for dying patients(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing students' attitudes toward caring for terminally ill patients need to be improved. Nursing educators should arrange the death education curriculum course scientifically according to the influencing factors to help nursing students cultivate positive attitudes toward caring for dying patients.
