视网膜无长突细胞5-HT免疫组织化学研究

摘　　要：用免疫组织化学ABC法 ,研究了 5 HT免疫阳性反应在牛蛙视网膜细胞中的分布。结果显示内核层内一些无长突细胞及内网层呈阳性反应。根据阳性胞体在内核层的部位和胞体的突起在内网层的分布 ,鉴别出 6种无长突细胞亚型。提示无长突细胞可能在 5 HT信号的传递和调控过程中发挥着重要作用。HT(Serotonin)is the neurotransmitter in the vertebrate retina.The distribution of 5 HT like immune reactivity (5 HT IR) in bullfrog retina was studied with the immunohistochemical ABC method.The results showed that both the inner plexiform layer (IPL) and some amacrine cells in the inner nuclear layer (INL) were strongly labeled.Six subtypes of Amacrine cell with 5 HT IR were identified according to the site of their soma in the INL and terminal ending in the IPL.The results indicated that Amacrine cells may play important role in transmission and modulation of serotonergic signals in the retina.
