自制六环结扎器临床效果观察

摘　　要：本文采用自制六环结扎器 ,对 32例门脉高压并食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行胃镜下套扎治疗 ,并与进口多环结扎器及国产单环结扎器相比较。结果急症止血成功率 93.8% (2 0 32 )、两次治疗曲张静脉闭塞消失率 87.5 % (2 8 32 )、术后再出血发生率为 0 ,并发症 (腹水加重 ) 3.1% (1 32 ) ,而进口对照组分别为 94.1% (80 85 )、87.1% (174 85 )、2 .4% (2 85 )及 4.7% (4 85 )。两组无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但自制六环结扎器价钱低廉 ,优于进口结扎器。Objective Comparison the effect of six ring legation meter with other kinds of legation meter purchased from abroad possess multiple ring or domestic single ring.Method 32 cases of patients with portal hypertension complicated with esophageal variceal hemorrhage were ligated by three kinds of ligation meter under the gastroscope.Result The emergency stanch bleeding by means of six ring ligation meter showed that the efficacy rate was 93.8%(20/32),the cure rate of twice treatment of varicoesophagus reached to 87.5%(28/32),the recurrence rate of postoperative variceal hemorrhage was 0 and the complication (ascites) rate was 3.1%(1/32);whereas the multiple ring ligation meter group were 94.1%(80/85),87.1%(174/85),2.4%(2/85) and 4.7(4/85) respectively commpaired with the rates mentioned above.Couclusion There was no statistical significance between the two groups.But it seemed that the six ring ligation meter made by ourselves is cheaper than that of made in oversea.
