山西省优势农产品集群区域化发展对社会主义新农村建设的影响评价

摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设是中国解决"三农"问题、全面建设小康社会的重大战略举措,而优势农产品集群区域化发展是建设社会主义新农村的重要途径。为加快社会主义新农村建设进程,根据山西省优势农产品区域建设和社会主义新农村建设的发展状况,分析了山西省优势农产品集群区域化发展对社会主义新农村建设的影响。研究表明,优势农产品区域发展的实质内涵是发展生产,发展生产是社会主义新农村建设的基础和核心,优势农产品区域布局发展是社会主义新农村建设的重要产业支撑,也是山西省建设社会主义新农村和发展现代农业的新思路。最后提出了加快山西省优势农产品区域布局发展和社会主义新农村建设的三项建议。Construction of new socialist countryside is significant strategic move to resolve three agricultural problems（problems in rural areas,farmers and agriculture） and the comprehensive construction well-off society.To build socialist new countryside,the important way is by clustering regionalization development of predominant agriculture product.To accelerate the course of building a new socialist countryside,this paper analyzed the effect of cluster regionalization development of predominant agriculture product in Shanxi Province on the construction of new socialist countryside,based on the development status on regional construction of predominant agriculture product and construction of new socialist countryside in Shanxi Province.The results show that the essential connotation of regionalization development of predominant agriculture product was to develop production,develop production was the basis and core of the construction of socialist new countryside,the distribution and development of predominant agriculture product regions was an important industrial support in the construction of socialist new countryside,and it was also a new idea for building socialist new countryside and developing modern agriculture in Shanxi Province.Finally,put forward three suggestions for accelerating the distribution and development of predominant agriculture product regions and the construction of socialist new countryside in Shanxi province.
