摘　　要：针对内蒙古移动CM-IMS商用业务平台,提出了MGCF和GMSC编解码扩展策略、业务开通对接入设备类型和支持接口的要求、TDM PBX业务割接方案,以及语音业务端到端QoS机制的布署。采用需求分析与集团规范相结合的方法,解决现网存在的接通率低等问题,并就未来IMS业务向工矿企业和校园市场拓展作了详细论述。This article proposes the codec expansion strategy of MCCF and GMSC, the service opening requirements on the type of access device and inter- face support,the cutover scheme of TDM PBX ser- vices, as well as the deployment of end-to-end QoS mechanisms for voice services, for the needs of CM- IMS commercial service platform of the Inner Mon- golia Mobile, whichcan help to solve the prob- lemssuch as low network connection rate. It also discussesthe expansion of IMS services in enterpris- es and campus market.
