胃粘膜上皮不典型增生和胃癌组织CD_(44)v_6的表达研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨CD4 4v6在胃癌发生与发展中的作用。方法　运用免疫组化方法检测 2 4例浅表性胃炎、2 4例不典型增生胃粘膜、48例胃癌组织中CD4 4v6的表达。结果　①浅表性胃炎组无CD4 4v6表达 ,不典型增生组和胃癌组CD4 4v6阳性率分别为 45 83%、5 0 0 0 % ,明显高于浅表性胃炎组 (P均 <0 0 1) ;②CD4 4v6表达与胃癌淋巴结转移和 pTNM分期有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与组织学类型无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　胃活检组织中CD4 4v6检测 ,有助于胃癌的早期诊断和淋巴结转移趋势的推测 。Objective To study the role of CD 44 splice variant V 6(CD 44 v 6) in occurrence development and of human gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of CD 44 v 6 was studied in superficial gastritis(24cases),dysplastic gastric mucosa (24cases) and gastric carcinoma tissues(48cases) from endoscopic and surgical specimens by immunohistochemical ABC method.Results ①No CD 44 v 6 expression was found in superficial gastritis mucosa.The positivity rate of CD 44 v 6 in dysplastic gastric mucosa and gastric tissues were 45 8% and 50 00%,respectively.The positivity rates were higher than those of superficial gastritis mucosa( P <0 01);②The expressions of CD 44 v 6 were related to metastasis to lymph nodes and the UICC TNM classification( P <0 05),but were independent of Lauren′s type ( P >0 05).Conclusions Determination of CD 44 v 6 in biopsy tissues by immunohistochemistry might be useful in early diagnosis and predicting the potential lymphatic metastasis and in assessing prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
