摘　　要：根据独立学院的特点,分析了情景教学方法在独立学院人力资源管理教学中的必要性;结合自身的工作经历,以员工招聘课程为例,提出了情景教学法在人力资源管理教学中的实施过程。According to the characteristics of independent college, analyzes the situational teaching method in the teaching of human resource management in Independent College of necessity; combined with my own work experience, to staff recruitment course as an example, presents the situational teaching method in the teaching of human resource management in the implementation process.
