摘　　要：通过对发生泄漏的某发电公司锅炉水冷壁管进行爆口宏观特征检验、金相检验、化学成分及机械性能等试验分析,得出该水冷壁管泄漏机理属于热疲劳开裂,同时伴有短时过热特征,并指出水冷壁管泄漏与节流孔管结构有关。In this paper, the reasons of pipe explosion of boiler water-wall pipe in power plant are discussed. By analyzing the flacture surface, chemical composition and mechanical properties of the boiler water-wall pipe, the conclusion comes that the leakage are due to thermal fatigue cracking and short-term overheating characteristic. It also indicates that the structure of the orifice tube would cause water-wall pipe leakage.
