剪叶程度对烟草漂浮育苗生长生理指标的影响

摘　　要：通过2年的漂浮育苗不同剪叶程度试验,研究了剪叶程度对漂浮育苗生长生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着剪叶程度的加重,烟苗的高度、茎围、叶数、叶面积、鲜重、干重、根体积、烟碱含量、叶绿素含量、NR酶和INV酶活性等指标都是明显降低,而茎围/苗高、干鲜比、根冠比、叶片厚度、叶氮含量等指标呈增大趋势。剪叶程度越重对烟苗生长的抑制作用越大,但剪叶能协调烟苗根系与地上部分的比例,相对地促进根系和增加茎围,提高根系活力。烟草育苗的剪叶程度应根据移栽计划在剪掉较大叶片的1/3-2/3之间灵活确定,但不能不剪或剪叶过重至只留心叶。Experiments about effects of leaf-cutting level on quality of tobacco seedlings in the floating system were carried out. The results showed that： with increasing the leaf-cutting level, seedlings height, stem circumference, number of leaves, leaf area, the accumulation of matter, root volume, the content of nicotine and chlorophyll, the activity of NR and INV decreased, and the ratio of stem circumference to seedlings height, the ratio of dry weight to flesh weight, root shoot ratio, leaf thickness, the content of total nitrogen increased. Leaf-cutting shortened tobacco seedlings, but enlarged stem circumference and root volume relatively. Leaf-cuRing level should be in the range of cutting 1/3 -2/3 of leaves according to the transplanting.
