摘  要:源于国际农业干旱研究中心的耐旱型小麦hm18对条锈菌优势生理小种条中33的反应型,不同于目前育种利用的抗条锈基因Yr5、Yr10和Yr15,表现为中度抗病型。用条锈菌小种条中33接种hm18分别与夏440、台长29杂交的F1、F2和F2∶3家系群体进行抗病基因分析。结果表明,hm18在夏440和台长29的遗传背景下对条中33号均表现由1对隐性基因控制的遗传,暂将该基因定名为Yrhm。利用台长29/hm18的F2群体及抗感亲本筛选到4对SSR引物wmc797、barc228、xgwm382和wmc817与Yrhm连锁,遗传距离分别为15.2、6.5、9.3和14.1 cM。根据Mapmarker3.0确定标记引物、Yrhm基因和着丝点在染色体上的顺序为:-着丝点-wmc797-barc228-Yrhm-xgwm382-wmc817-。根据作图结果,将Yrhm基因定位在2DL。Wheat line hml8 with drought resistance, from International Center for Agricultural Research In the Dry Areas ( ICARDA), displayed moderate resistanee to the prevalent races CYR33 of Puccinia striiformis. The reaction type of hml8 was different from YrS, YrlO and Yrl5, which showed moderate resistance to CYR33. Inoculated with the CYR33,2 sets of populations of Xia4d0/hml8 and Taiehuang29/ hml8 were tested. The phenotype of the F1 , F2 populations and F2:3 family lines were analyzed for resistance to race CYR33. The results showed that the resistance in the hml8 to race CYR33 was controlled by one recessive gene using susceptible parent Xia440, and the same conclusion was drawn from the susceptible parent Taiehuang29. This candidate gene was designated as Yrhm. Four mierosatellite markers linked to the resistance gene Yrhm with genetic distance wmc797-15.2cM, bare228-6.5cM, xgwm382-9.3eM, wmc817-14, l cM based on the F2 and F2:3 family populations developed from Taichuang29/hm18. The order among centromere, marker primers and gene was:-eentromere-vanc797-barc228-Yrhm-xgwm382-wmc817-. Based on the results of mapmaker 3.0 and MapDraw 2.0, the resistance gene Yrhm was located on 2DL.
