摘  要:紫花苜蓿的品质与纤维素的含量、消化率的关系密切,而消化率又直接受纤维素含量的影响。为更好评定紫花苜蓿的营养品质,本试验测定了不同收获时期紫花苜蓿的范氏纤维含量,并用两步法测定了不同时期紫花苜蓿的消化率。通过相关性分析,得出紫花苜蓿范氏纤维的含量与干物质体外消化率和有机物体外消化率之间呈极显著的负相关关系,即消化率随洗涤范氏纤维含量的增加呈极显著下降,其中纤维素对消化率的影响最大。干物质体外消化率和纤维素之间呈线性关系,回归方程为:Y=-0.67X+88.93,相关系数R2=0.85。The quality of alfalfa was closely related to cellulose content and digestibility, which was directly affected by the content of cellulose. For assessment the nutritional quality of alfalfa, the alfalfa' s fiber content in different harvest period were tested and the digestibility of different times were tested by two-step method. By correlation analysis, the results showed that the Van Soest Fiber of alfalfa had significantly negative correlation with in vitro digestibility of dry matter and organic matter. It indicated that the digestibility decreased significantly with the increasing of Van Soest Fiber, and among the indicators, cellulose had the greatest impact on digestibility. A linear relationship was found between the in vitro digestibility of dry matter and cellulose, and the regression equation: Y = -0.67X + 81t. 93, correlation coeffi- cient R^2 = 0. 85.
