基于AHP的中部地区承接沿海产业转移优势行业选择研究

摘　　要：优势行业的选择是中部地区承接沿海产业转移过程中需要解决的重要问题之一,而已有文献中关于承接地行业选择的研究较少。文章以中部地区承接沿海产业转移的现状和东部沿海地区向中部转移的十大行业为基础,采用AHP层次分析法,建立优势行业选择与空间布局的层次结构模型,分析十大承接优势行业的重要性排序以及行业布局在中部各省的权重。最后根据各省的实际情况,确定出中部各省承接东部产业转移的优势行业,并为中部地区更好地承接沿海产业转移提供政策建议。In the process of undertaking coastal industrial transfer of the central region, one of the most important issues to be resolved is how to select advantage industries. However, there are few documents of the industrial selection in undertaking places. This paper, based on the current circumstances of undertaking coastal industrial transfer of central region and ten transfer industries from the coastal to the central, which analyzes the importance of ten advantage transfer industries and industry weights in central provinces by using Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish industry selection and industry distribution hierarchical structure model. Finally, according to the current situation of the provinces, this paper determines advantage industries of central provinces on undertaking the eastern industrial transfer and proposes the policy recommendations for the central to better un- dertaking the coastal industrial transfer.
