摘　　要：社会工作作为一门重视实务与操作的应用性学科,需要利用实验室的各种设施来进行社会工作专业实验教学,培养学生的实务技能,拓展社会工作服务。高校社会工作实验室的建设和利用一直是社会工作学科建设的重要环节。通过回顾与思考高校社会工作实验室的研究历程,总结了社会工作实验室的两大功能,并对高校教学管理提出了相应的对策建议,即:社会工作专业教师应接受专业的督导培训,社会工作实验室研究要重点关注社会工作实验室课程的实际使用,并突出社会工作实验室的实践服务功能,制订出社会工作实验室教学大纲和社会工作实验室实践服务指导手册,为大学生成长和发展提供专业化的服务,从而培养合格的社会工作者。As an applied subject which pays more attention to practice and oporation, social work needs all kinds of the facilities of the lab- oratory to carry out social work experimental teaching, cultivate students＇ practice skill and expand social work services. The construction and utilization of the social work laboratory is always the important link in the social work discipline constction. This article summarizes two func- tiom of the social work laboratories by the review and reflection on the research history of the social work laboratory, and puts forward some sag- gestions on the university teaching management.
