多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗晚期食管癌45例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多西他赛(艾素)联合奈达铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效以及毒副反应发生情况。方法将2000年1月～2011年9月收治晚期食管癌患者90例随机分为2组,分别使用氟尿嘧啶加顺铂方案和多西他赛联合奈达铂方案进行化疗,观察两组临床治疗效果及相关毒副反应情况。结果全部患者经2～6个周期化疗后,多西他赛联合奈达铂方案在有效率、中位生存期、毒副反应方面,均优于氟尿嘧啶加顺铂方案(P<0.05)。结论可用多西他赛联合奈达铂在治疗晚期食管癌以替代原有的氟尿嘧啶加顺铂方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxicity occurrence of docetaxel combined with neda- platin in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods From January 2000 to September 2011, 90 cases of advanced esophageal cancer patients admitted to our department were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, using fluorouracil plus of cisplatin program and docetaxel joint of nedaplatin program chemotherapy. They were observed in clinical therapeutic effects and toxicity. Results All patients after 2 to 6 cycles of chemotherapy, docetaxel joint of nedaplatin program in an efficient, median survival and toxicity, are superior to the original fluorouracil plus cisplatin program. Conclusion Docetaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer can replace the original fluorouracil plus cisplatin program.
