住院老年痴呆患者与精神分裂症患者发生骨折相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院老年痴呆与精神分裂症患者骨折发生的相关因素。方法将2005年11月～2012年6月在医院住院期间发生骨折的60例患者分为老年痴呆组36例,平均年龄(66.11±4.81)岁,精神分裂症组24例,平均年龄(66.00±4.82)岁,对两组患者骨折发生的年龄、性别、时间、部位和原因进行分析。结果两组患者年龄及性别、骨折发生的时间之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者骨折发生的部位和原因之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对两组患者应采取不同的管理方式,可有效地减少住院期间老年精神病患者跌倒的发生率,进而减少老年住院患者的骨折发生率。Objectives To explore the similarities and differences of the cause of fractures between hospital alzhei- mer patients and schizophrenia patients. Methods The 60 hospitalization fracture cases during November 2005 to June 2012 were divided into dementia patients group（ 36 patients （mean age 66. 11±4. 81 years old） ,and schizophrenia group （24 patients ,mean age 66.00±4.82 years old）. The age, gender, fracture time, fracture place and fracture cause of two groups were analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant difference about age ,gender and fracture time between two groups （P〉0. 05） ; there were statistically significant difference about fractures part and the reason between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The groups of patients should adopt different management way.
