摘　　要：目的探讨Bm-12促C6胶质瘤细胞生长及凋亡的作用。方法显微镜观察不同浓度Bm-12对C6胶质瘤细胞生长的影响,用PBS溶液作为对照组。并用流式细胞仪检测不同浓度Bm-12对C6胶质瘤细胞凋亡的影响。结果不同浓度Bm-12加入C6胶质瘤细胞培养液后,C6胶质瘤细胞生长明显受抑制,细胞形态及数量明显发生变化,且凋亡率均较对照组显著增加(P<0.01),并呈剂量依赖性。结论 Bm-12可以抑制C6胶质瘤细胞生长,并诱导其凋亡。Objective To study the effects of buthus martensii chlorine toxins（Bm-12） on the growth and apoptosis of C6 glioma cells. Methods The proliferation of C6 cells were examined under a microscope. The cell apoptosis was detected by PI with flow cytometry. Results Bm-12 in culture medium inhibited C6 glioma cell growth with significant change in morphology. The apoptosis rate of the cells was significantly increased compared to the culture without Bm-12 （ control group） （ P 〈0. 01 ）. The effects of Bm-12 were carried out in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions Bin-12 can inhibit C6 glioma cell growth and induce apoptosis.
