摘　　要：员工援助计划是改善员工的工作生活质量,减轻员工心理压力的有效途径,在国外企业人力资源管理中应用较多,并取得了良好的效果。探讨了员工援助计划在护理人力资源管理中的应用,以帮助护理人员减轻工作及生活压力,提高护理人员的身心健康水平,使其有更好的状态投入工作,为患者提供更高质量的医疗服务。Employee Assistance Plan is the effective way of improving the working staffs＇ working and life qualyty, and of lightening staffs＇ psychological pressure. It has been widely used in enterprise hurman resource management at home and abroad, and has achieved good effect. The application of comprehensive discussion of ＂Employee Assistance Plan＂ in nursing human resources management is explored to help nursing staffs to reduce pressure of working and life, to improve physical and mental health level of nursing staffs, to make them have a better state to investment in work, and to provide higher quality medical and health service to patients.
