摘　　要：市场经济条件下学校运行理念要从管理走向经营。学校社会资本作为资本的一种重要形式也存在经营问题。高校社会资本经营要遵循兼顾当前与长远、以高校职能发挥为己任等原则,并根据内外部网络关系不同进行具体的策略选择。In market economy, schools gradually become Using operation ideas instead of management ideals to develop themselves. As an important form of capital, schools＇ social capital also has operational problems. There are some principles which should be complied with, such as considering current and long-term interests, giving full play to the functions of universities. At last, universities should choose different strategies according to the internal and external network relationships.
