宫腔镜电切术联合妈富隆治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜电切术联合妈富隆治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效。方法将2010年1月～2011年1月确诊的子宫内膜息肉的60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术,观察组同时联合妈富隆治疗,比较两组的疗效及复发率、不良反应。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术联合妈富隆治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效确切、复发率低、不良反应少,值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of hysteroscopic electrosurgery joint Marvelon treatment of endome- trim polyps. Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed from January 2010 to January 2011 by endometrial polyps were ran domly divided into observation group and the control group of the 30 cases,the patients underwent hysteroscopic transurethral resection of endometrial polyps observed group at the same time joint Marvelon treatment,the efficacy and relapse rates of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The observation group had significantly higher efficiency,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrosurgery joint mother Marvelon treatment have good efficacy of endometrial polyps recurrence rate, less worthy of promotion and application of adverse reactions.
