摘 要:目的全胃切除术后患者进行不同途经早期营养的效果分析。方法选择78例全胃切除术患者随机分成周围静脉营养组、中心静脉营养组和肠内营养组进行营养支持。结果各组术后营养状况均有所改善,术后1周内以中心静脉营养最佳,各指标恢复最快;术后2周肠内营养肠蠕动恢复最快,各种指标也恢复最好(P<0.01)。结论全胃切除术后早期营养支持肠内途径效果最好。Objective To explore the effect of different early nutrition for gastric cancer patients after total gastrecto- my. Methods A total of 78 patients after total gastrectomy were randomly divided into peripheral parenteral nutrition group (group 1), central vein nutrition group (group 2) and enteral nutrition group (group 3). Results The postoperative nutritional status of all three groups were improved. The nutritional status was the best and each index recovery was the fastest in group 1 within one week after operation. Intestinal peristalsis recovery was the fastest and each index re- covery was the best within 2 weeks in group 3 (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition approach is superior after total gastrectomy.
