喉鳞癌组织中bFGF蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨喉鳞癌组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法选择52例喉鳞癌组织和52例癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测其中bFGF蛋白的表达情况,分析bFGF的表达与喉鳞癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果 bFGF在喉鳞癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);喉鳞癌组织中bFGF蛋白的表达与喉鳞癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);与喉鳞癌组织中临床分型、肿瘤大小、性别、年龄以及吸烟量不相关(P>0.05)。结论 bFGF在喉鳞癌中高表达,在喉鳞癌的发生发展过程中起到重要作用,bFGF的检测将有助于喉癌患者恶性程度及预后的评估。Objective To explore the clinical significance of expression of bFGF in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of bFGF in para - carcinoma tissue of 52 cases and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma of 52 cases. Results The expression of bFGF in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of para - carcinoma tissue （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In laryngeal carcinoma, the expression of bFGF was related with differentiation, clinical stage and metastasis in lymph node （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but it was independent from clinical classification, size of tumor, gender, age and smoking history （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The high level of expression of bFGF from laryngeal carcinoma may play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of laryngeal carcinoma. The detection of bFGF is helpful for evaluation of the degree of malignancy and prognosis.
