转型期农户生产方式对乡村人居环境的影响研究

摘　　要：通过对不同类型农户进行实地调查和访谈,分析了农户生产方式对乡村人居环境的影响机制,在此基础上构建了相应的指标评价体系,并运用模糊综合评价方法评估了农户生产方式对乡村人居环境的影响.结果表明,传统农业户生产方式对乡村人居环境影响最大,外出务工户次之,兼业户最小.在对乡村人居环境各要素的评价中,3种类型农户生产方式的影响度从大到小依次为农业户、务工户和兼业户,与总体评价结果趋势一致.基于此,政府应加强技术指导,减少环境污染;规范土地流转,提高利用效率;强化环境监管,保障农户权益.Through making surveys and interviews to different kinds of peasant,this paper analyzes the impact of the households＇ production mode to rural human settlement and builds the corresponding index evaluation system to evaluate the effect of to rural human settlement with the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The result shows that the traditional households＇ production mode has the greatest impact on the rural human settlement,followed by the impact on migrant households,households with combined occupations minimum.On the aspect of the evaluation on rural human settlement,the effect degree of the three kinds of households＇ production mode in a descending order is as：traditional households,migrant households and households with combined occupations.Therefore,firstly the government should enhance technical guidance and reduce environmental pollution.Secondly,regulating land circulation and improving the utilize efficiency.Thirdly strengthening environmental supervision and guaranteeing the households＇ legal rights.
