摘 要:目的调查临床八年制和五年制学生创新能力相同与不同之处,分析其创新能力的培养现状。方法以问卷调查的形式对2004级、2005级临床八年制及五年制的学生展开创新能力、对创新能力的认识、创新能力的实践等相关调查。数据进行统计处理。结果八年制及五年制学生普遍意识到创新是医学生必不可少的素质,但五年制学生对创新能力的有意识培养表现得明显不足,八年制学生有更好的创新氛围。结论八年制学生的创新能力和科研素质高于五年制学生,且创新能力培养具有明显的优势。教育模式改革对八年制学生的创新能力培养起到了促进作用。Objective To investigate the innovation ability of medical education in five-year program and eight-year program students, analyze the current situation and the advantages of the cultivation of students' innovation ability. Methods Basing on questionaire investigations, the authors investigated the innovation ability, the recognition of innovation ability and the practice of innovation ability of students from grade 2004 and grade 2005 in medical education in eight-year program and five-year pro- gram of Southern Medical University. The data deal with statistical analysis. Results Both of them are generally aware that innovation is essential for each medical students, but the five-year program students cultivate and enhance their innovation ability in daily study and living was obviously insufficient. The eight-year program students have more favorable innovation atmosphere. Conclusion The innovation and research ability of students in eight-year program are higher than that of five-year pro gram students'. Eight-year program students' cultivation of innovation ability has more obvious advantages. The mode of education reform on the eight-year program students' innovative capacity building has played a catalytic role.
