摘　　要：医学的快速发展要求对临床实习医师的培训模式进行相应的调整和改革。在实习医师的培训内容中增加了人文素质、医学物理和生物技术培训以适应当代医学发展的需求,同时结合信息化教学充实培训内容并加强实习医师实战能力的培训。Adjustment and innovation of training model for clinical intern are requested by the rapid development of medicine. According to this, we added human culture, physical medicine and biological technic in the training course and combined informative teaching to improve the ability of clinical intern in practical application.
