儿童癫癎常规合并自然睡眠视频脑电图的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨常规和自然睡眠脑电图对癫癎诊断的差异与价值。方法:对165例临床诊断癫癎的儿童进行常规脑电图和习惯性白天睡眠及夜间睡眠脑电图检查,并对检查结果进行对比分析。结果:常规脑电图描记出现癫癎样放电36例(21.82%)中,在自然睡眠描记时全部出现异常,常规描记正常范围脑电图129例(78.18%)中,在自然睡眠时81例(62.79%)出现异常。结论:常规合并自然睡眠视频脑电图对儿童癫癎诊断,临床发作类型有意义。Objective：To investigate the differences and diagnostic value of routine EEG and natural sleep video-EEG in children with epilepsy. Methods：Routine EEG and during habitual day and night sleep video-EEG were performed in 165 children with epilepsy diagnosed clinically. The results were recorded and analyzed. Results：Epileptiform charge was recorded by routine EEG in 36 cases （21.82%） and they all were abnormal in natural sleep video-EEG. 129 cases were normal in routine EEG and 81 of which were abnormal in natural sleep video-EEG（62.79%）. Conclusion：Routine EEG combined natural sleep video-EEG has important significance for the diagnosis of epilepsy and distinguishing clinical seizure types in children.
