摘 要:运用经济分析方法,从知识创造中组织资源优化配置的视角研究了组织知识创造治理的维度。分析认为:组织知识创造治理存在认知治理与动机治理2个密切相关的方面;在认知治理上存在个体认知活动范围、个体间的协调范围、协调的组织方式、产品系统模块化程度、个体稀缺的注意力的配置5个维度;在动机治理上存在激励成员提高知识创造效率、约束其自利行为2个维度;有效的组织知识创造治理是不能完全包含于知识治理中的,它有其需要考虑的特殊治理维度。By using economic analysis method, the dimension of governance in organizational knowl- edge creation was studied from the point of view of optimizing allocation of resources in knowledge crea- tion. The study revealed that there are two closely related aspects of governance in organizational knowl- edge creation:governance of cognition and governance of motivation. The former includes five main di- mensions, namely:the range of individual cognition range, the range of coordination among individuals, the organizational mode of coordination, degree of modularization in product system and the allocation of individual attentions in scare resources. The latter includes two dimensions:motivating the individuals to improve their efficiency in knowledge creation and restraining their self-interested behaviors. The effective governance in organizational knowledge creation is not included in the governance of organizational knowl- edge completely, it has its own special dimensions taken into consideration in organizational knowledge creation.
