摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,对湖南省体育院系体操普修课教学现状进行调查分析,并提出改革对策。研究表明:教学时数减少,难已满足学习的需要;教学内容安排不合理,重竞技而轻能力;教学方法滞后;教学评价单一。提出了优化教学内容,合理选择与组合运用教学方法 ,重视学生教学能力的培养,实现教学评价的多元化。Using the methods of documentation, questionnaire and expert interview, the paper analyzes the status quo of the compulsory course of gymnastics in Sports faculties of Hunan, and proposes reform countermeasures. Research shows that the reduced teaching hours has been difficult to meet the need of study; unreasonable teaching content arrangement overemphasizes athletics and ignores ability; teaching methods lag behind; and teaching evaluation is simple. Reform countermeasures are optimizing teaching content; rationally choose and combining teaching methods; attaching importance to the cultivation of students' teaching ability; and diversifying teaching evaluation.
