摘　　要：法律本科生团队式司法实践模式由法律本科生经过选拔训练,直接为当事人提供代理出庭、代书法律文书、回应法律咨询等服务,实现了法律教学与司法实务的无缝对接,增强了法律实践教学的真实性,有利于培养和增强学生的实践能力,为推动法律实践教学模式改革提供了一个可资借鉴和推广应用的实例。Law undergraduates team type judicial practice mode from legal undergraduate training after selection, directly for the parties to provide agency to appear in court, and legal documents, response law books consulting service, the realization law teaching and the judicial practice of seamless docking, enhance the legal practice teaching of authenticity, to cultivate and strengthen the students＇ practical ability, to promote the reform of teaching mode legal practice provides a reference and application examples.
