摘　　要：以建设体育强国为依托,以建设安徽体育强省为背景对相关政策与举措进行相关研究,通过文献资料法和问卷调查法等研究方法对安徽省青少年足球后备人才培养的现状进行研究,寻找存在的问题,为问题的解决提出相应的建议。Relying on to build sports power, To build a strong province of Anbui sports related research for background on the relevant policies and measures. By law the literature and survey research methods, such as the law on youth football in Anhui Province study on the current situation of reserve talents, looking for problems that exist, as a solution to the problem of making appropriate recommendations.
